If you’re thinking of sending something back, the first thing to know is that you’ve got 14 days from the day your order lands to get the process started. The clock starts ticking on the day you receive the product, so it’s best to reach out as soon as you realize something isn’t quite right.
Need to cancel? You can, but only if the product hasn’t been shipped or produced yet. Canceling at this stage means you’ll receive a full refund. Once the order is already on its way, we’re unable to stop it.
When you return an item, it needs to be unused, in the same condition you received it, and packed back into its original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase—we can’t finalize the return without it.
After your package arrives and we’ve had a chance to inspect it, we’ll send you an email confirming we got it. That same email will let you know if the refund is approved. Once approved, the credit goes back to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If you’re still waiting for the refund to appear, here’s a quick checklist to run through: take another look at your bank account, get in touch with your credit card company—it sometimes takes a bit for the transaction to officially post—and then check with your bank, as they often have their own processing time before the funds are released. If you’ve tried all of these steps and the refund is still missing, reach out to us at [email protected].
A quick heads-up: please don’t mail anything back to the manufacturer or a transit station. Sending it to the wrong place will only delay things, so it’s important to wait for the right instructions.
When you’re ready, just drop us a line at [email protected] for the correct return address—and remember, sending it back to the manufacturer or a transit hub won’t work, so be sure to wait for our directions.
