Do I have to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But there are some advantages for those who have an account with us:

What happens if I forget my password?

On the login page, click “Forgot Password?” and you will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.

 

What happens if I typed in the wrong e-mail address?

Contact us to change your e-mail address. We can change the e-mail address, name, and address, but not the order.

 

Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based on US dollars. If the credit card is issued in another currency, the order total will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate on the date the card issuer processes the transaction.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments or cash on delivery.

How do you set the shipping address?

Because our website and service are based on English, all the information you type in must be in English, including punctuation. If some letters in your address contain non-English letters, we recommend that you use similar English letters. For example, you can change the letter “?” to “c”.

 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

The shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. Please update the shipping address with your residential address instead of your vacation address, as we do not know how long the destination customs department will hold the package.

 

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose. Once your order is shipped, we will email tracking information the next day, as tracking information is generally available 24 hours after the order is shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.

We will email tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Typically, you will receive the tracking number one day after your order has shipped.

 

Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?

Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

 

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in China. During holidays and sales periods, we recommend that you allow a little extra time for your order to be processed.

 

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 working days from the order date and dispatched the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

 

Please contact us if you do not receive a tracking confirmation after 5 working days from the day you completed payment.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

The prices listed on our site are tax-free in US dollars, which means you may be required to pay duties and taxes once we receive your order.

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs office in your country. For further details on charges, please contact your local customs office.


Is my order eligible for free shipping?

Free shipping can be applied to orders that meet the minimum order amount, excluding discounted, clearance and oversized/overweight products. Your order will be shipped with economy shipping.

 

RETURNS

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for return. Our customer service will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.


Please refer to our Return Policy for a list of saleable items. All returns must be in original condition with the packaging intact.

 

Will shipping costs be covered for my returns?

All return shipping and other costs are the responsibility of the customer.


What happens if the item(s) I received are faulty/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if the goods you have received are incorrect, missing and/or defective. Please include the order number, photographs of the item(s) and all references relating to the time of receipt of the parcel. We will do our best to resolve the case as quickly as possible.


How long does the return procedure take?

Return processing can take up to 14 working days from the day we receive your return. We will send you a confirmation e-mail when your return has been processed.
